Laboratory device for the intensification of technological processes

The utility model relates to the food industry, namely to compact laboratory devices for the intensification of chemical-technological processes, in particular, salting of meat, extraction of plant materials and ionization of solutions. The principle of operation of the device is based on the use of electropulse technologies as a universal method of intensification of chemical-technological processes, such as meat salting, extraction of plant materials, ionization of solutions in laboratory conditions. The device consists of a pulse disturbance generator, a high-voltage pulse cable, a coaxial emitter, ceramic piezoelectric sensors, and a stainless steel working chamber. The technical result is a reduction in the duration of processes and an increase in the effect of salting of meat, extraction of plant materials and ionization of solutions.
