COMBINED PLANT FOR PROCESSING AND FOLLOWING DISPOSAL OF SEDIMENTS FORMED FROM WASTE WATER TREATMENT AT PPM PRODUCTION

The combined plant is used for the processing and subsequent disposal of sludge generated from biological and mechanical wastewater treatment in the pulp and paper industry. The plant for the processing and disposal of sewage sludge is a series of drying, magnetic and reagent treatment units, separated by functional partitions. Each of the blocks has its own technological purpose: in the drying block, the process of removing water from the waste composition is carried out, then in the magnetic processing block heavy metals are separated from the composite consistency, after which the substance enters the reagent treatment block, where the sludge is divided into lime and organic components .The technological feature of the installation for the processing and disposal of sewage sludge is that it is equipped with functional lattice partitions, the openings of which s adjustable diameter in accordance with the necessity of technological processes of drying, screening, magnetic and chemical treatment. Lime can be further used for liming acidified soils or in construction, organics can be used as fertilizer for agricultural purposes.
