The invention relates to radio engineering, namely to the source ultrawideband chaotic oscillations of the microwave range. The achieved technical result - the expansion of the frequency band of the generated chaotic signal generator and increase energy efficiency. Microwave generator ultrawideband chaotic oscillations comprises microwave bipolar transistor, inductance, two capacitors, two resistances, and the sources of the collector and the emitter power transistor, wherein a function of said capacitor is performed, respectively, internal junction capacitance and the collector-emitter voltage of transistor emitter-base junction.
