This useful model relates to the field of hydraulic reclamation of reservoirs and can be used for works on the protection and restoration of the natural environment and other hydrotechnical works, in particular, it can be used for cleaning, restoration and construction of water bodies. The useful model expands the technological capabilities of the mobile technological device, in particular, significantly facilitates its redeployment from one facility to another, reduces the time and material costs of transportation on public roads, because allows to reduce the overall dimensions of the transported parts of the technological device to the sizes allowed for transportation by public transport vehicles on public roads.;A mobile technological device for the construction, cleaning and restoration of reservoirs contains a body, a power unit, a propulsion device for moving through the water area of ​​the reservoir, a ground pump connected to a housing pressure pipeline and a soil intake device in the form of a suction pipe, and a device for working movements in the water area. The body is made of three pontoons: a central and two side, removable, which can be detached from the central pontoon. In the central pontoon there are ground pump and power plant. On the two side removable pontoons attached to the central one, propellers are installed. The propellers are made in combination - propeller No. 1 and propeller No. 2, for example in the form of a pair of side rotor-propeller propellers for moving to the reservoir and along the water area, and two pairs of wheels for moving overland. Other combinations are possible. The propellers are driven by hydraulic motors connected to axial-piston pumps receiving energy from the power plant and can work alternately.
