The utility model relates to access control devices. The device uses an additional executive path, which contains an additional control point, perceiving fingerprints of one of the fingers. The fingerprint is applied to the additional control point together (simultaneously or with a slight time difference) with the corresponding encoded element being a travel ticket, such as a travel card or social card, applied to the main control point. The signal from the ticket from the main control point along the main executive path is fed to the actuator, which is triggered “to the passage” only if the signal along the passenger’s fingerprint coincides with the fingerprint in the element that is the ticket. 1 ill.
