FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and aims at treating chronic pharyngitis. Autovaccine is grown by sowing smear from mucous membrane orifice on nutrient medium. Then extraction of pure cultures of disease activators is made: Str. haemoliticus-β, or St. aureus, or Klebsiella pneumoniae. Immunomodulatory agent is prepared consisting of 2 wt% of autovaccine (1,000,000 microbial particles/ml), 0.003-0.005 wt% of polyoxidonium, 2 wt% of 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride.
