FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for microbiological diagnostics of paraprosthetic infection. For that microbiological examination of flush fluid from extracted implants is made, which are taken in operating room during revision operations of endoprosthesis replacement of joints, after application of ultrasonic treatment by sowing in pediatric bottles with high-nutritious media for aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms and incubation under aerobic and anaerobic conditions using automatic analyzer, wherein pediatric bottles with flush fluid from extracted implants after ultrasonic treatment are placed in microbiological automatic analyzer VersaTrek for incubation and automatic manometric detecting of growth of microorganisms.;EFFECT: method enables higher diagnostic accuracy of paraprosthetic infection by increasing its diagnostic sensitivity.;1 cl
