Device comprises a support post, a housing, spindle with a drill and a unit for automatic supply of spindle, lead screw, a connecting flange with pressure control unit, wheel for spindle translation and drive unit for rotation thereof from hydraulic motor. Provided is, located on shaft of a hydraulic motor, a drive gear with two toothed rims engaging with two driven gears, providing simultaneous rotation of spindle around its axis and its translational movement. Support is built-in with a mechanical counter of spindle movement, which provides control and fixation of value of axial movement of spindle and controlling drilling depth.;EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.;1 cl, 8 dwg
