FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and aims at treating diffuse infiltration in interface after intrastromal laser correction of myopia. Installation of corticosteroid preparation is performed in conjunctival cavity. As corticosteroid preparation forcing with maxidex 1-2 times a day is used - 3 times every 5 minutes, then 3 times every 15 minutes. After first installation nevanak is additionally installed, after first forcing twice every 4 hours maxidex and nevanak are installed every 5 minutes with therapeutic course of 5-7 days.;EFFECT: method provides prevention of progressing dystrophic changes of corneal flap and reduced forecast maximum correctable visual acuity after laser intrastromal refractive operation.;1 cl, 3 ex
