HEAT-CONDUCTING BASE OF A RADIOELECTRONIC UNIT

FIELD: radio electronics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used in designing multichannel units of radio communication systems or radar devices. Technical result is achieved by the fact that functional assemblies of the unit is being installed on the heat-conducting base of the radioelectronic unit with a heat sink. Heat-conducting base comprises first and second walls, attached to each other, on external surface of which there are multichannel functional assemblies. Heat from functional assemblies is removed by means of heat pipes clamped between the first wall and the second wall, heat pipes are arranged in the direction from the front part of heat-conducting base to the rear part, one end of each heat pipe is placed near the most heat-emitting area of the fuel functional assemblies, and the second ends of heat pipes converge to the heat sink. Heat sink is attached to the rear part of the heat-conducting base perpendicular to its plane, its length is shorter than the width of the heat-conducting base, and heat is removed from its outer surface to the external heat sink, wherein grooves are made for arrangement of heat pipes in the first and second walls of heat-conducting base.;EFFECT: uniform cooling of functional assemblies of the unit, installed on the heat-conducting base, and reduced weight of the unit.;1 cl, 2 dwg
