It is achieved by that all monitoring and diagnostics algorithms, performing control and diagnostic information processing and formation of tests, are completely implemented based on single reconfigurable computing field (RCF) selected fragments. SC onboard systems monitoring and diagnostics algorithms, implemented in hardware manner based on single RCF, in process of analysis and identification of SC onboard systems technical condition can be deeply rearranged, which together with using of built-in control scheme enables localisation of SC highly integrated onboard subsystems faults and failures with specified accuracy.;EFFECT: technical result is enabling creation of control and diagnostic facilities for providing of SC service and target systems based on single RCF using SC onboard systems built-in control scheme.;9 cl, 3 dwg
