METHOD OF AUTOTRANSPLANTATION OF TOOTH WITH PRESERVING ITS PULP VIABILITY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used for recovery of dentition integrity. For this purpose the method of tooth autotransplantation with preserving its pulp viability includes removal of tooth-donor, formation of hole-recipient, autotransplantation of tooth-donor, coating its by sterile gauze tampons, dental splinting by composite filling material without removing from contact with teeth antagonists. Note here that before autotransplantation in the hole-recipient on 2/3 of its volume is introduced tissue-engineered structure consisting of previously cultivated mesenchymal cells recovered from tooth-donor pulp and hydrogel PuraMatrix/3DM.;EFFECT: method provides high therapeutic effect of autotransplantation of tooth with preserving its pulp viability, that makes it possible to efficiently use method, for example, in the presence of accessory, impacted, dystopic teeth in orthodontics and in surgical removal of tumors of jaws.;1 cl, 2 ex, 3 dwg
