FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns medical device introduced into lumen of any part of body in order to deliver drug for treatment of medical conditions associated with lumen of body part, as well as method for treatment applying such device at physiologic pH level. Such conditions include restenosis, atherosclerosis, and accumulation of plaques in lumen of body part. Device can include stent, cylinder, balloon catheter, stent installed on balloon, and has external surface covered with two or more nano vehicles having multiple average diameters. Multitude of nano vehicles have average diameter, acceptable for penetration through one or more layers of two or more layers of lumen of body part - intima, middle layer, and adventitial layer of vessel / vessels.
