FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and is represented by a set of oligonucleotide probes for profiling of gastrointestinal microbiota (GI), where mentioned set comprises in particular (a) oligonucleotide consisting of (ai) nucleotide sequence selected from ACGCTTGCACCCT (SEQ ID NO: 1) optionally with no more than three substituted bases or AGGGTGCAAGCGT (SEQ ID NO: 27) optionally with no more than three substituted bases, and (aii) 0-5 nucleotides in addition to (ai), where oligonucleotide according to (a) is able to be hybridized with SEQ ID NO: 27 or SEQ ID NO: 1, respectively, in stringent hybridization conditions.
