FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to pressure processing of metals, namely to cold stamping method for parts with thin-wall variable profile for aviation gas turbine motors. Cold stamping die for sheet parts includes a punch and matrix with drives. Workpiece is placed between the punch and matrix. The punch is made in the form of a device consisting of case with a guide bushing inside, the bushing pusher linked to thin-wall punch. Guide bushing consists of two parts, and has full punch profile in the joint at the contact point with workpiece and punch edge profile in other areas.;EFFECT: improved hardness of punch, expanded process capabilities.;8 dwg
