FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics. Essence of the method: blood sampling into laboratory tube, containing anticoagulant, is performed, with the following mixing and 20 min exposure for free sedimentation of erythrocytes at room temperature; after sedimentation of erythrocytes 0.5 ml of leucocyte suspension is taken and quantity of leukocytes in it is determined by any method (routine or automated), its concentration is brought to value 5*10⁹ leukocytes/l with distilled water, biological fluid is placed into freezer at temperature -20°C to complete freezing, and used after deforestation process for enzyme immunoassay determination of spontaneous cytokine production.;EFFECT: application of the invention ensures accuracy of determination of concentration of cytokines by ELISA method, with reduction of individual variability of indices.;1 tbl
