FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: when an intoxication syndrome and a serum urea level of 2 mmol/l and lower ia detected in the acute disease period, intestinal dysbiosis is determined that occurs with metabolic endotoxemia in the presence of excessive multiplication of proteolytic intestinal bacteria, and detoxification therapy is prescribed.
