FIELD: nanotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanocomposite material with an oriented structure based on ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which can be used for the manufacture of tribotechnical products such as friction bearings, bushings used in weakly and medially loaded friction units, including knee and hip endoprostheses, as a polymer insert. The polymer material comprises of a matrix of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with an oriented supramolecular structure with a molecular weight of 5⋅106 g/mol and a filler, which is a multi-walled carbon nanotubes, in an amount of 0.1-1 wt %. Moreover, multi-walled carbon nanotubes are made with a diameter of 4-15 nm and a length of more than 2 mcm.;EFFECT: material obtained is characterized by a uniform distribution of the filler in the volume of the polymer matrix and the oriented structure of the polymer matrix, and has an increased tensile strength and good tribological properties.;1 dwg,1 tbl
