FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method of producing and determining the content of colloidal silver ions during the electrolytic production of a solution is characterized by the fact that colloidal silver ions are produced by means of a device consisting of a bulk silver electrode (Ag⁺), a constant-current battery source, a negative terminal of stainless steel and a container of distilled water. The direct current from the battery is passed through a volumetric silver electrode immersed in distilled water, the difference in mass of the silver electrode measured before and after electrolysis is set to the concentration of the colloidal silver ions in the solution, as well as drying the solution of the colloidal silver ions in porcelain crucibles.;EFFECT: possibility of producing colloidal solutions of silver ions on an industrial scale and determining the concentration of ions without using an ionometer.;1 tbl
