FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of a valve-containing conduit from the cattle jugular vein involves biomaterial selection, mechanical cleaning and washing, followed by its preservation with an epoxy crosslinking agent. At the stage of biomaterial selection and at the final inspection of the finished product, an endoscopic examination of the internal structures of the conduit with a functional hydraulic test of valve closing function is carried out.
