MECHANICAL STEMMING FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF OUTPUT CHARGING TECHNOLOGY IN FORM OF BLAST HOLE OR BORE HOLE DURING DRILLING AND BLASTING OPERATIONS (VERSIONS)
FIELD: blasting.;SUBSTANCE: mechanical stemming is made in the form of a wedge-shaped shutter, which includes an outer sleeve with sliding structures and an element in its cavity with an outer wedge surface, at least one interacting with the inner surfaces of the sliding structures of the sleeve facing it. In the above-mentioned elements of the gate valve, technological channels are constructively formed, which are functional means for locating the conductors of the initiation pulse of the detonator. Technological channels are spatially arranged with the possibility of outputting the free ends of the said conductors beyond the sleeve to the mouth of the outlet. The sleeve is formed with an end surface facing away from the mouth, which is functionally a stop surface for providing an external dynamic effect on this stop surface along the axis of the hub during the wedging of its sliding structures while ensuring that this bushing moves relative to the element with at least one wedge surface. The element with a wedge surface is equipped with a construction-technological locking-and-measuring device, which is mechanically connected in the axial direction with this element. The said locking-and-measuring device is provided with structural and technological reference elements and is functionally a means for determining the position of the regulated installation of the spacer from the production mouth as well as the means of connection of the element to a wedge surface with a fixed base structure for effecting fixation of said element during the wedging of the sliding structures of the sleeve.;EFFECT: increased effectiveness of stemming fixing.;6 cl, 5 dwg
