The invention concerns facilities for refugees and has the objective of increasing the privacy of refugees in order to avoid conflict among the refugees and to create more peacefulness in the facilities and to maintain the acceptance of the facilities and the refugees housed therein in society. The invention proposes the following: a) Provision of a personally and exclusively usable demarcated or fenced work, work, hobby, craft or garden area for each refugee or each refugee family. (b) employment opportunities such as gardening, greenfields, raised bed cultivation in greenhouses, wall planting, construction of new and extension of existing accommodation, establishment and operation of a market and / or exchange, all within the facility for refugees. c) Farming and gardening carried out by refugees with manual work on also fenced leased fields adjacent to the plant. d) Lockable one-person accommodation and lockable family accommodation providing privacy.
