A printed circuit board comprises a substantially planar component carrier and a strip conductor, which is applied to a surface of the component carrier. The stripline extends to a terminal junction disposed on a side edge of the component carrier. At this connection transition, a waveguide section of an antenna element produced by means of a 3D printing method is coupled.
