Interactive workflow assistant for electronic forms for dialog-based interaction with electronic forms

Described are techniques for assisting users with electronic forms. An exemplary technique implies initiating a workflow wizard based on a user input of the user or a predetermined initiating event to prompt the user to complete the electronic form. The workflow assistant downloads or retrieves the electronic form based on a user's reply and identifies a workflow based on the electronic form. The workflow identifies a sequence of user interactions to complete the electronic form. Identifying the workflow involves developing based on fields in the electronic form, requests for content of fields from the user and possible predicted response options for the content of each of the fields. The Answer Wizard then runs the user interaction tutorial workflow to retrieve the content for the fields of the electronic form to complete the electronic form.
