The invention relates to a visual aid for enlarging the visual field in a homonymous hemianopsia, comprising a frame (1) for receiving a right and left spectacle lens (20, 21), each spectacle lens (20, 21) consisting of two partial lenses (2, 3, 7 , 8), wherein the right-hand lens (20) comprises a first part-glass with a prism (7) and a second part-glass without prism (8) and the left-hand lens (21) a first part-glass with a prism (2) and a second part-glass without prism (3), wherein the two partial glasses (2, 3, 7, 8) of the first and second spectacle lenses (20, 21) are each connected to one another via a separating edge (4, 9), whereby the optical center is offset.
