A waveguide device has a first electrically conductive member with a first electrically conductive surface; a second electrically conductive member with a second electrically conductive surface, the to the first electrically conductive surface is in the opposite direction; and a rib-shaped shafts conductor member on the second electrically conductive member. The second electrically conductive member has a through hole, which the shafts conductor member is divided into first and second ribs.
