The invention relates to an electronic safety control for an air brake for rail vehicles, having an antiskid valve, which is controlled to prevent the blocking of the wheels at applied brake pressure from a non-slip control. The safety controller is characterized by at least one breaker disposed on the control signal line of the anti-skid control and arranged to interrupt the control signal line to the anti-skid valve when the safety controller receives an unintended control signal generated by the anti-skid control.
