The three-dimensional forming method is a method of manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped object (O) using a three-dimensional forming apparatus (20) including a housing (21) having a process chamber (c) inside thereof and the process chamber (c ) associated guide chambers (gc), and in the guide chambers raised and lowered provided for stages (30).
