A clamp for repairing a pipe section, the clamp comprising: a plurality of clamp members; and a seal disposed on an inner surface of at least one of the plurality of clamp members; wherein the strap members may be secured together such that the strap members and the seal cooperate to enclose the conduit section in a channel therebetween, the seal abutting a surface of the conduit section; and wherein the strap members comprise a polymer-based composite material.
