A fluorescence protein microarray for detecting AFP, characterized in that: the substrate glass slide of the fluorescence protein microarray comprises at least one detection portion and the detection portion detects a serum sample; wherein a detection point area and a control point area are set in the detected portion, and there are detection points formed by solid AFP-specific antibodies in the detection point area, and there are control points formed by bovine serum albumin in the control point area; and wherein substrates have the same concentration at all detection points in the same detection point; and wherein the total amount of fixed AFP-specific antibodies is 3 nl for each detection point formed by 6-10 sprays and containing 300-500 pl for each spraying and spotting.
