A portable multipurpose power bank mounting device and a mobile telephone having a bearing seat (100) having on one side thereof a set of mounting and thrust bearing rods (200) and on the opposite side thereof a set of clamp and thrust bearing rods (300); wherein the mounting and thrust bearing rods (200) and the tightening and thrust bearing rods (300) are integrally formed with the bearing seat (100) to clamp a mobile telephone (500) and a power bank (600), respectively, the mobile telephone (500) the power bank (600) can be recharged at any time via a cable after the mobile phone (500) and power bank (600) have been securely mounted to a fixture.
