The device has a set of fibers connected to counterweights (4). An ejection unit is composed of tubes (5), a pyrotechnic unit (6), firing controlling units (7), and a metal block, and ejects counterweights from a storage medium. An end of one of the fibers opposite to an end integrated with one counterweight is integrated with the storage medium or an element that is integrated before and after the ejection. A connection unit i.e. transverse fiber (13), connects the counterweights with the adjacent fibers.
