The present invention relates to a bank of prestress (1), for the prefabrication of a structural element made of concrete, the bank of prestress (1) extending between two longitudinal ends (1a) and comprising strands (30), as well as means (40) of the voltage of the strands (30) between the longitudinal ends (1a), through a casing provided to form the structural element. The bank of prestress (1) is characterized in that the tensioning means (40) comprise a system of the lower pre-stressing (60) and a system of prestressed greater than (80), configured to be put under tension and then expand, respectively, of the lower strands (36) and the upper strands (38), so as to prestress a lower part and an upper part of the structural element. The present invention also relates to a method of implementation of such a bank of prestress (1).
