The invention relates to a slab producing electrical energy, comprising: a magnetic base (11); a magnetic plate (12) mounted so as to move with respect to the base (11) between a rest position, in which the plate (12) is held apart from the base (11) by a predetermined distance, referred to as the rest air gap (e), and a working position, in which the plate (12) is close to the base (11) and at a predetermined distance from same, referred to as the working air gap (e'); at least one permanent magnet (20) supported by the base (11) and configured to be able to generate an induced magnetic field in the magnetic base (11) and the magnetic plate (12); at least one coil (21) supported by the base (11) and arranged in said induced magnetic field of the plate (12) in such a way as to be able to generate an induced current upon movement of the plate (12) from the rest position to the working position, and an inverse induced current upon movement of the plate (12) from said working position to said rest position.
