A dental abutment (10) comprising: a pillar body (12) with a distal end (14) receivable on a dental implant along an implant axis, and a proximal end (16) with a first tapped bore, - a base (30) for receiving a host equipment, having a peripheral thread (36) conjugated to the first threaded bore of the pillar body (12), for screwing the base onto the body pillar, according to a base axis, - a screw brake (50) opposing the unscrewing of the base (30) of the pillar body (12). The invention also relates to a prosthetic device comprising such a pillar.
