The object of the invention is to provide polyester / primary / metal coating composite films with good adhesion of the metal coating under dry and wet conditions. These films also form a good gas barrier: oxygen permeability less than or equal to 0.8 cc / m2 / J; permeability to water vapor less than or equal to 0.3 g / m2 / day. To this end, the invention provides a composite film comprising a polyester support, at least one coating adhering to at least one of the faces of the support and at least one layer of crosslinked primer between the support and the coating. This primer comprises at least one acrylic and / or methacrylic P1 polymer, at least one acrylic and / or methacrylic P2 polymer other than P1, at least one crosslinking agent, and, preferably, at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible polyester: P1 having a TG1 gel level ≥70% dry weight with respect to P1; P2 having a gel level TG2 ≤ TG1 and ≤ 20% dry weight, relative to P2; P1 having a free acid low acid content grafted at the surface ≥ 0.8 in meq / g of polymer; - [P2] ≤ 60% by weight on a dry basis by weight with respect to P1 + P2.
