Methods, systems, and computer readable media for processing seismic data are disclosed. The method includes receiving (104) a plurality of seismic traces representing an underground domain, and receiving (102) an implicit stratigraphic model of at least a portion of the subterranean domain. The method also includes selecting (108) an isovalue in the implicit stratigraphic model, and defining (110), using a processor, a geologically coherent interval in the stratigraphic model implied on the basis at least part of a position of the isovalue in the implicit stratigraphic model. The method further comprises calculating (124) one or more attributes of the plurality of seismic traces in the gap.
