The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip (1) comprising at least one dialysis crystallization cell (11), said cell (11) comprising: a support (1111) made of PMMA; a first stage comprising a reservoir (111) delimited at least partially by said support (1111) and an outer wall (1112) of the cell, said reservoir (111) being in fluid communication with an inlet channel and an outlet channel of a solution for carrying out crystallisation process, - a second stage comprising a dialysis chamber (113) delimited at least in part by an inner wall (1113) of the cell without contact with the support (1111) and by a dialysis membrane (112) forming an interface between the reservoir (111) and the dialysis chamber (113), the inner wall (1113) comprising at least one integral portion in which the periphery of said membrane (112) is kept sealed. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing such a chip and to crystallization processes implemented with such a chip.
