The present application relates to a method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis implant abutment (10) comprising a stage of series production of an insert (30) of an implanted abutment (10) comprising a machining sub-step in an upper portion of the insert of an insert-body junction (33); and a specific embodiment of a body (40) of the implant-independent abutment (10), independent of the insert (30), comprising a first sub-step of three-dimensional printing of the body (40) on a plate (50) three-dimensional printing and second sub-step of machining a trans-gingival area of the body and, in a lower part of the body, a body-insert junction (43) complementary to the insert-body junction ( 33), the second substep being performed on said three-dimensional printing plate. The present application also relates to a prosthesis manufacturing method and the dental prosthesis obtained by such a method.
