The invention relates to a device for tensioning and immobilizing nets anti-hail, insect or climate; said threads (2a, 2b) being secured by an upper end to longitudinal cords (11a, 11b) mounted on rows of posts (1a, 1b) connected by means of transverse cords (3); and united to each other discontinuously by their lower end (22a, 22b); said nets being shaped by a two-side cover. The device comprises: positioners (4) attached to the transverse cables (3) by fastening clips (5); a second longitudinal cable (6) fixed to the core (41) of the successive positioners (4) and disposed above the lower ends (22a, 22b) of the protective nets (2a, 2b).
