This helmet (10) comprises two earphones (12), a central arch (14) and two lateral branches (16). Each branch comprises at a proximal end an articulated connection (20) with the respective end of the central arch (14) providing at least one degree of freedom in pivoting. The earpiece is mounted, preferably rigidly, at the distal end of the limb. Each of the branches also comprises, in a median region, a support pad (40) provided on an inner side of a bearing face (48) adapted to come into contact with a temporal region of the user, so as to that this support face forms a point of contact there. Each branch (16) has, in an intermediate region between a proximal end on the central hoop side and a distal end on the listener side, an elastically deformable connection (17) providing a degree of freedom in torsion and at least one degree of freedom in flexion, of preferably a preferred flexion in a particular plane.
