In addition, the method comprises the steps of: - identification in a predetermined time horizon Ht of an A number of aircraft consisting of N airplanes in the course of flight, said on arrival, and M parked aircraft, said at the start , where N≥0, M≥0 and A 0, - determination for each of said M aircraft from a theoretical running time without conflict, - determining an optimum landing / take-off time sequence for said aircraft planes, during which a flight time without conflict of a plane at departure is fixed equal to its theoretical duration of taxiing without conflict, - determination of minimum running durations without respective conflict of said aircraft A, under constraint of respect hours landing / takeoff of said optimal sequence.
