A computer program product, system and method is provided as an emergency aid service and personal management of health records. The system includes one or more user authenticated data communication devices(102a, 102b, 102c) integrated with an application platform triggered by an external triggering unit(l 12a, 112b, 112c) for transmitting the emergency of the registered user to one or more emergency aid service providers (106a, 106b, 106c) and one or more personal care aids(108a, 108b, 108c) provided by the registered user. The computer program product enabled by a triggering unit(l 12a, 112b, 112c) configured to select an emergency from a list of predetermined emergency aid service providers (106a, 106b, 106c), track the current geographical location of the registered user, instantly track the medical record of the registered user and notify the invoked emergency aid service provider(106a, 106b, 106c) and the one or more personal care aids(108a, 108b, 108c).
