The assembly has a winding ratchet (1) comprising a central opening and a female thread off-centered with respect to the ratchet. A fixing device has a retaining ring comprising a central passage whose shape and dimension correspond to a driving square (5) of arbor and engaged with the square in assembled position. A fixing screw (11) screws the ring on the ratchet. Angular position of the thread relative to an axis of symmetry of the opening is different from an angle of angular position of a bore of the ring with respect to an axis of symmetry of the central passage.
