A door closure structure (100) for rotary cabinet door (200) and a side by side refrigerator with the door closure structure (100) are provided. The door closure structure (100) includes a hinge unit (1) with which the rotary cabinet door having a slide passage (210) on its upper end surface is mounted to the cabinet body. The hinge unit (1) comprises a hinge body (11) fixed along its longitudinal direction to the cabinet body, while a hinge plate (12) having a hinge hole (121) is jointed to the rear end of the hinge body (11); a hinge shaft (3) matching with the hinge hole (121); a laterally extending swing plate (2) with a first end pivotally connected to the front end of the hinge body (11) at an angle ranging from 0 to 90 degree to the upper end surface of the refrigerator; a spring (3) with its two ends connected to the swing plate (2) and the front end of the hinge body (11) respectively; and a rotatable roller installed at the second end of the swing plate (2). Unexpected opening of the refrigerator cabinet door (200) due to the influence of external forces can be avoided by the present door closure structure (100) with simplified structure and reduced cost.
