The dehydrated zeolite substrate is exposed to room air and the surface of zeolite substrate is illuminated with a light source. The intensity of light reflected from surface is measured. The conductivity and impedance of surface of zeolite substrate are detected as measured value, so that stocking of substrate and/or loading of air space is formed by mold spores. An independent claim is included for measuring device for mold detection.
