A pouring device according to the present invention, for filling up a liquid in a reservoir from a spare liquid container or from a liquid supply system, in particular for filling up a liquid in the windscreen washer liquid reservoir from a liquid container or distributor, comprises a filler unit and a liquid pouring unit which are adapted to be connected with each other and to create a sealed connection between the inner space of the reservoir (2) to be filled and the interior space of the spare liquid container or liquid supply system being characteristic by a lock-release mechanism MB for locking and releasing of the said connection, wherein the pouring unit N comprises an outflow pipe (1), which is connected at one end to the feeding line or conduit (3) connected to the spare liquid container or installation and at the other end, the outflow pipe (11) is closed by means of a closure surface, the outflow pipe (1) has at least one side outflow opening (5, 6) and is equipped with a closure pipe (7) slidably arranged around its outer surface, which closure pipe (7) is in turn slidably mounted in the holder (8) of the pouring unit MB. The filler unit comprises the inflow pipe (13) connected by means of a flow communication to the reservoir (2), wherein the lock-release mechanism MB is provided downstream of the filler unit, looking in the direction of the liquid flow into the reservoir (2) to be filled, for blocking the liquid communication between the outflow pipe (1) and the inner space of the reservoir (2) and for releasing the lock.
