Apparatus, systems, and methods for Recovery algorithm in memory are described. In one embodiment, a controller comprises logic to receive reliability information from at least one component of a storage device coupled to the controller, store the reliability information in a memory communicatively coupled to the controller, generate at least one reliability indicator for the storage device, and forward the reliability indicator to an election module.
