A joint movement analysis system is provided in the present invention, comprising a calibrating device (1) which is used for setting connections between actual marker points around a joint and virtual marker points at the anatomical bony landmark positions of the joint to track the space movement of the joint; an optical tracking device (2) which is used for sensing the space position of the actual marker points so as to obtain the space movement data of the actual marker points; a data collection device (3) which is used for collecting the space movement data of the actual marker points and the space relative position data of the virtual marker points with respect to the actual marker points; a data analyzing device (4) which is used for obtaining the space movement data of the virtual marker points by optimization operating of the movement data of the actual marker points, and simulating and analyzing the movement condition of the joint bony structure according to the space movement data of the virtual marker points. The invention can dynamically analyze the joint movement condition, and the analysis result can track the actual joint condition objectively, quantitatively and accurately.
