Disclosed is a heat pump system having a waste heat recovery structure using a secondary evaporator in which waste heat is recovered using a primary evaporator, a refrigerant transformed into a superheated vapor state by the recovered heat radiates heat via the secondary evaporator, and thus overload and operating energy of a compressor are saved in proportion to heat energy reused by the condenser. The heat pump system includes a compressor compressing a refrigerant and supplying the compressed refrigerant a condenser, the condenser liquefying the refrigerant and supplying the liquefied refrigerant to an expansion valve, the expansion valve changing the liquefied refrigerant into a low-temperature and low-pressure saturated vapor state and supplying the refrigerant to a primary evaporator, the primary evaporator evaporating the refrigerant, changing the refrigerant into a superheated vapor state, and supplying the refrigerant to a secondary evaporator, and the secondary evaporator circulating the refrigerant to the compressor.
